BIRTHS:  Muhammad Ibrahim (Minister in Khairpur state/1874), Girdharlal ‘Gireja’ (Shikarpur > Mombai/Poet/1931),  Moulana Hafiz Muhammad Ismail (Khado Karachi/Religious Scholar, Politician & Founder editor of ‘Al-Sadik’/1940), Muhammad Qasim alies ‘Pathar Sindhi’ (Political Activist & writer/1942), Gul Faqir Malah (Kumb/Folklore Poet/1945), Syed Hyder Abbas (Larkano/Journalist/1952),  Iqbal Bukhari (Loungani/Poet/1966), Hussain Chinjni (Miandad Chinjni/Writer/1967), Mansoor Mari (Moulvi Abdullah/Poet/1973)

EVENTS:
1844: Agha Khan’s memorial about his pension  is forwarded to Government of India by the Bombay Government for consideration and necessary action. In his memorial Agha Khan has stated that his pension has been stopped from time to time. [this may kindly be noted that it is matter of November 1844, and Agha Khan had been receiving Pension prior to this].
1956: Israeli attack on Egypt is strongly condemned throughout Pakistan. Government is asked to quit ‘Baghdad Pact’ and ‘Commonwealth’. (Source: Newspapers).
1961: New building of the State Bank of Pakistan is opened in Karachi. (Source: Newspapers).
