Let emotions must not pave way for deterioration of situation, relations and values ] دل لاء ڌيرج ۽ تحمل سان دلبر ايئن ايڏو نہ ٿجي جذباتي, سمجهڻ مشڪل مامرا جي سرت سان لنئون نہ اسان لاتي, ڳن وڍيندڙ ھٿ ۾ ان لاء فقط ڏوهي ناهي ڪهاڙي ڪاتي, اٻھرو ڇا سمجهي آدمي ڇاهي نفي ڇاهي اصل اثباتي, ڪجي ڪارج واري حياتي, پنهنجي سونهن سلام سان. ************** EVENTS: 1st August 1832: The Government of Bombay intimates Colonel Pottenger of: A), appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Litchfield to the command of the expedition against Tharparkar, B) Vesting Colonel Pottenger with general political superintendence and management of expedition and measures consequent on its termination, C) Directing that Lieutenant William Pottenger should accompany the expedition in civil capacity and afford to Lieutenant Litchfield advantage of his experience and knowledge of Sindh Auxiliaries. (Source:Bombay Government’s letter No.162). 1842: Ross Bell, who played a vital role in favour of his Government in upper Sindh, is dead. His death is reported to the Government of India by Lieutenant Brown. (Source: Brown’s letter No.2072). 1857: Assistant Commissioner for Jageers furnishes the detailed report to the Sindh Commissioner on : A) Gemological tree of the Shahdadanees, Shahwanees, Khananees, and Manikaness, B) Roll of every member or professed member of the four great Talpur families holding alienated land in Sindh but not included in the list of members recommended for Sardariship or special promotion. (Source: Assistant Commissioner’s letter Nos. 110 & 111). 1901: The Larkano District comes into existence. New District is formed out of Karachi and Shikarpur districts. (Source: Sindh Official Gazette). 1920: It is a day of turning point in the politics of the united India. Congress and Khilafat have decided to launch Non-Co-Operation Movement against the British Government of India. The movement starts today and lasted up to 12th of February 1922. It was the longest political struggle. Today, ‘Third Khilafat Day’ is observed in the length and breadth of Sindh. More than hundred branches of Khilafat Tahrik and about fifty branches of Congress took processions, held public meetings and pledged to get rid of slavery. (Source: ibid). 1955: The Government of Pakistan with ‘approval’/instructions of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) re-fixes the par value of the Pakistani Rupee. [ ڪجھ واقعا ] 1.8.1832: ممبئي حڪومت ٿرپارڪر ۾ فرنگين کي ڦرڻ وارن خلاف مسلح ڪاروائي ڪرڻ لاء اڄ پاٽينجر کي لکيو ته ليفٽيننٽ ڪرنل ليچ فيلڊ Lichfield کي مقرر ڪيو آھي ۽ هو فوجي ڪاروائين جي نگراني ڪندو ۽ تون (پاٽينجر) فقط سياسي ۽ سفارتڪارئ واري ڪم تي نظر رکندين, هدايتون تنهنجون هونديون. مهم ڪڏهن ختم ڪبي, اهو فيصلو تون ڪندين. پر فوجي ڪاروائي ڪيئن ڪبي, اهو فيصلو لچفيلڊ ڪندو . (حوالو: بمبئي حڪومت جو خط نمبر 162). 1.8.1839: ڪمپني حڪومت جا فوجي ڪراچئ ۽ ٺٽي ۾ رکيا ويا هئا. حڪومت کي ڪجه فوجين جي مستقل بيمار رهڻ تي خيال آيو ته متان انھن ٻنھي شھرن جي آب و هوا فوجين جي صحت کي نقصان ڏيندي هجي. ان ڪري اڄ صوبائي حڪومت کي چيو ويو ته انھئ ڳالھ جي جاچ پڙتال ڪري تفصيلي رپورٽ موڪليو. (حوالو: گورنمينٽ آف انڊيا جو خط). 1.8.1842: راس بيل ، جنهن اپر سنڌ ۾ پنهنجي حڪومت جي حق ۾ اهم ڪردار ادا ڪيو ، سو فوت ٿي ويو آهي. هن جي موت جي خبر ليفٽيننٽ براؤن اڄ انڊيا سرڪار کي ڏني راس بيل خيرپوري ميرن جي باهمي اختلافن دوران سندن فيصلا ڪيا. هن خيرپوري ميرن کي فرنگين ويجهي آڻڻ ۾ وڏو رول ادا ڪيو. (ذريعو: براون جو خط نمبر 2072). 1.8.1857: جاگيرن جي اسسٽنٽ ڪمشنر اڄ ڪمشنر کي شھداداڻي, شاهواڻي, خانائي ۽ ماڻڪاڻي ٽالپورن جا شجرا ۽ ٻيا تفصيل لکي موڪليا. ٽالپورن جي انھن چئن شاخن تي هن وڏي معلومات فراهم ڪئي آهي ۽ سندن جاگيرن بابت به معلومات ڏني آهي (حوالو: اسسٽنٽ ڪمشنر جو خط نمبر 110 & 111). 1.8.1920: اڄ گڏيل هندستان ۽ خاص طور تي سنڌ جي سياست ۾ هڪ اهم موڙ وارو ڏينهن آهي. فرنگي حڪومت خلاف ڪانگريس ۽ خلافت "عدم تعاون تحريڪ" شروع ڪرڻ جو فيصلو ڪيو . اها تحريڪ اڄ کان شروع ٿي ۽ 12 فيبروري 1922 ع تائين برقرار رهي. اها تمام ڊگهي سياسي جدوجهد هئي. ‘ٽيون خلافت وارو ڏينهن’ به اڄ سنڌ ۾ ملهايو ويو, جنھن ۾ خلافت تحريڪ جي سو کان وڌيڪ شاخن ۽ ڪانگريس جي تقريبن پنجاهه شاخن بهرو ورتو, جلوس ڪڍيا ، عوامي ميٽنگون ڪيون ۽ غلامي کان نجات حاصل ڪرڻ جو عهد ڪيو. (ذريعو: اخبارون). 1.8.1948: پاڪستان ۾ تاريخ ميسارڻ جا سرڪاري سرپرستئ ۾ واقعا ٿيڻ شروع ٿيا. اڄ لاهور ڪارپوريشن اهو مثال قائم ڪندي, "منٽو پارڪ" کي "اقبال پارڪ" جي نالي سان تبديل ڪيو. Govt. is worried about law & order situation of Parkar. Mir Murad Ali is requested to Sindh forces for the purpose and return of Jagatsing and Poonjaji, Parker chiefs, alleged to have been implicated with plunders. On the other side Raja of Jodhpur is asked for cooperation as Parker Plunders are prevented from finding an asylum in his territories . 1920: The Hyderabad District Congress Committee decides by 17 votes to 10 to recommend the principle of Non - co - operation to Special Indian Congress. 1926: Seth Harchandrai Vishindas inaugurates 'Dyaram Jethanand Library' opened by the Hindu Town Peoples' Association. In rare cases Muslim politicians and NGOs did the same job for people. 1920: The Trafic Manager, Railways Sukkur, in responce to an application for hiring of train, the Joint Secretary of the "Hijrat Committee",writes to Trafic Manager,Railways, Sukkur . This may be noted that it was Second Special Train hired by any political party during British era. This train was hired for people, those decided to migrate to Afghanistan in comrliance to the Call by the "Hijrat Committee", headed by Rais -ul- Muhajreen Jam Muhammad Junijo of Larkano. It was a wrong political decision that set bad example of migration and after 27 years Sindh faced un -ending influx of migrants and badly affected the future of Sindh. 1926: Seth Harchandrai Vishindas is performing opening ceremony of the "Dayaram Jethmal Khilnani Library" at Karachi. It is opend by the NGO, named "Hindu Town Peoples" Association". EVENTS FROM SINDH HISTORY (31st July) By: Dr. Pathan ** 1832ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ايسٽ انڊيا ڪمپني حڪومت پارڪر جي امن امان جي خراب صورتحال تي ڳڻتي جو اظهار ڪيو، مير مراد علي خان ٽالپر سنڌ جي فورسز کي هدايت ڪئي ته اهي واپس اچن، هن جڳت سنگهه ۽ پونجاجي کي پڻ واپس اچڻ لاءِ چيو، جڏهن ته ٻئي طرف کان جوڌپور جي راجا کي چيو ويو ته هو امن امان جي حوالي سان سهڪار ڪري. ** 1920ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي هجرت ڪاميٽي ريلويز جي ٽرئفڪ مئنيجر سان خصوصي ٽرين ڏيڻ لاءِ رابطو ڪيو، انهيءَ ريل ذريعي سنڌين کي افغانستان موڪلڻو هو، ڪاميٽي کي چيو ويو ته اها مسافرن جي تعداد، روانگي جي تاريخ سميت ٻيا تفصيل فوري طور فراهم ڪري.واضح ته بئريسٽر جان محمد جوڻيجي هجرت تحريڪ شروع ڪئي هئي، جنهن دوران سنڌ مان هزارين ماڻهن کي ريل رستي پشاور کان افغانستان نيو ويو هو، افغانستان۾ سنڌ جي ماڻهن سان وڏيون زيادتيون ڪيون ويون. ** 1926ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سيٺ هرچند راءِ وشنداس ديارام ڄيٺانند لائبريري جو افتتاح ڪيو، جيڪا هندو ٽائون پيپلز ايسوسيئيشن طرفان قائم ڪئي وئي هئي، واضح رهي ته مسلمان سياستدانن لائبريريون کولڻ سميت اهڙا تعليمي ڀلائي وارا ڪم بلڪل گهٽ ڪيا. ** 1948ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي اين ڊبليو ايف پي (خيبرپختونخواهه) مسلم ليگ صوبائي حڪومت تي الزام لڳايو ته اها خان عبدالغفار خان جي سياسي سرگرمين جو ڪوبه نوٽيس نه ٿي وٺي، سندس سرگرمين جي نگراني ٿيڻ گهرجي. ** 1958ع ۾ مالي سال جي جي شروعاتي پنجن مهينن دوران پاڪستان ۾ مالياتي خسارو 2 ڪروڙ رپين تائين پهچي ويو. ** 1977ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي احمد رضا قصوري جي درخواست تي سندس والد نواب قصوري جي قتل ڪيس جي ٻڌڻي شروع ڪئي وئي، واضح رهي ته هن ڪيس ۾ ملڪ جي پهرين چونڊيل وزيراعظم ذوالفقار علي ڀٽو کي ڦاهي ڏني وئي هئي. ** 1991ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي دنيا جي ٻن سپر پاور قوتن آمريڪا ۽ سوويت يونين ائٽمي وار هيڊ گهٽائڻ لاءِ تاريخي معاهدي تي صحيح ڪئي. واضح رهي ته انهيءَ معاهدي تي عمل ڪرڻ کان اڳ ئي سوويت يونين ٽٽي وئي. معاهدو 9 سالن جي ڳالهين کانپوءِ ٿيو هو. ************* اڄوڪي ڏينهن 31 جولاءِ تي جنم وٺندڙ ۽ وڇڙندڙ مشهور شخصيتون جنم ڏينهن: 31 جولاءِ 1955ع صحافي صوفي غلام مصطفى ڪانڌڙو جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 31 جولاءِ 1955ع شاعره زبيده ميتلو (قمبر) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 31 جولاءِ 1966ع شاعر ۽ قومي ڪارڪن عرفان مهدي (هالا) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. وڇوڙو: 31 جولاءِ 1971ع صحافر رام ڀوراڻي (سکر) ديهانت ڪري ويو. 31 جولاءِ 1974ع مذهبي اسڪالر مولانا الهورايو بروهي جو انتقال ٿيو. 31 جولاءِ 1980ع ناليواري گلوڪار محمد رفيعجي وفات ٿي. 31 جولاءِ 2003ع انقلابي ۽ ترقي پسند شاعر ابراهيم منشيجو لاڏاڻو ٿيو. 31 جولاءِ 2008ع وڪيل اڳواڻ ۽ سياستدان امداد علي اعواڻچيف جسٽس افتخار چوڌري جي گاڏي هلائيندي دل جي دوري سبب لاڏاڻو ڪري ويو.

The estimated cost is told as Rs.3,300 and it is pointed out that expenditure be met partly from the Ferry Fund and partly from municipal funds. (Source: The Collector’s letter No.242) 1920: The Hyderabad District Congress Committee decides by 17 to 10 votes to recommend the principle of Non-Co-Operation to the Special Indian Congress. Research by Dr.Pathan. 30 جولاء جي حوالي سان سنڌ جي "واقعاتي تاريخ".( ڊاڪٽر در محمد پٺاڻ جي تحقيق ۽ تاريخ ٻڌائڻ وارو روزانو سنواريل, وڌايل ۽ نظرثاني ڪيل سلسلو.) *************** توجه طلب واقعا *************** 30.7.1839: اڄ پاٽينجر پنهنجي گورنر جنرل ڏي سندس سيڪريٽرئ معرفت تفصيلي خط لکي ميرن ۽ سنڌ ملڪ بابت وڏا احوال اوريا آھن. ان جون خاص ڳالهيون هي آهن: 1.مير چون ٿا ته فرنگي فوج کي سنڌ ۾ رکڻ تي ايندڙ خرچ ٽي لک روپيا ورتو ويندو, اهو "ڪمپنئ جو روپيو" نه مگر "حيدرآبادي روپيو" هوندو, 2. مير چون ٿا ته فرنگي فوج جي ڇانوڻي ٺٽي يا سيوهڻ ۾ قائم ڪجي. پر جيڪڏهن حيدرآباد ۾ ڇانوڻي قائم ڪجي ته اها شهر کان پري هجي, 3.ميرن جو خيال آھي ته ڪراچئ تي سندن مالڪي ٻيهر قائم ڪجي. پاٽينجر لکي ٿو ته مون کين کولي کولي ٻڌايو آھي. هر ڪو فيصلو گورنر جنرل ڪندو. 30.7.1859: سنڌ جي ڪمشنر اڄ پنهنجي مراسلي نمبر 244 ذريعي صوبائي حڪومت کي گذارش ڪئي ته ڪراچئ ۾ ”بينڪ آف بامبي" جي شاخ کولي وڃي. 30.7.1920: حيدرآباد جي ضلعي ڪانگريس ڪميٽئ جي گڏجاڻي ٿي, جنهن ۾ 27 ميمبرن شرڪت ڪئي. انھن مان 17 ميمبرن راء ڏني ته انڊين نئشنل ڪانگريس جي ٿيندڙ اجلاس ۾ ”عدم تعاون تحريڪ" هلائڻ جو فيصلو ٿئي ته اصولي طور تي ان جي تائيد ڪئي وڃي. (Source: Governor-General’s letter/order No.267). 1849: Major Jacob informs the Sindh Commissioner that the boundary between the territories of His Highness the Khan of Kelat and Mir Ali Murad Khan Talpur of Khairpur has been settled by arbitration to the satisfaction of the parties concerned. (Source: Jacob’s letter No. 160). 1857: The Collector of Shikarpur furnishes a statement to the Sindh Commissioner showing the sums released from the ferries between Sukkur and Rohri and between Sadar Bazar and Peer Subra. This may kindly be noted that in those days ferries were the source of transportation and communication between places cited above. (Source: ibid). 1996: Fifteen new federal minister and ministers of State including Asif Zardari take oath of their offices EVENTS FROM SINDH HISTORY (29th July) By: Dr. Pathan ** 1843ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي هندستان جي حڪومت ڪيپٽن ينگ کي سنڌ ۾ جج ايڊووڪيٽ مقرر ڪيو، ان حوالي سان هڪ آرڊر پڻ جاري ڪيو ويو. ** 1849ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ميجر جيڪب سنڌ جي ڪمشنر کي آگاهي ڏني ته هز هائينس خان آف قلات ۽ مير علي مراد خان ٽالپر آف خيرپور وچ ۾ علائقن جي سرحدن تان هلندڙ تڪرار حل ڪرايو ويو آهي، ٻنهي ڌرين ٽياڪڙي ڪرڻ تي شڪريو ادا ڪيو آهي. ** 1857ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي شڪارپور جي ڪليڪٽر سنڌ جي ڪمشنر جي حوالي سان چيو ته سکر ۽ روهڙي توڙي صدر بازار ۽ پير سبرا وچ ۾ هلندڙ ٻيڙيون ڇڏيون ويون آهن، واضح رهي ته انهيءَ ڏينهن ۾ فيري سروس ٽرانسپورٽ ۽ ڪميونيڪيشن لاءِ استعمال ڪئي وئي. ** 1948ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي اين ڊبليو ايف پي مسلم ليگ جي اڳواڻن الزام لڳايو ته صوبائي سرڪار خان عبدالغفار خان جي ملڪ دشمن سرگرمين جو نوٽيس ئي نٿي وٺي. ** 1954ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي دنيا جي ٻيو نمبر سڀ کان بلند چوٽي ڪي ٽو کي اٽلي جي جبل چاڙهو پروفيسر بيسيئو سر ڪري ورتو، واضح رهي ته دنيا جي مختلف ملڪن جا پروفيسر اهڙا ڪارناما سرانجام ڏيندا رهيا آهن پر اسان وٽ پروفيسر سياست ۾ ڪاهي پيا آهن. ** 1960ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي صدر ايوب خان ڪراچي ۾ قائداعظم محمد علي جناح جو مقبرو ٺاهڻ لاءِ پيڙهه جو پٿر رکيو. ** 1972ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سائين جي ايم سيد چيو ته سنڌ اسيمبلي مان منظور ڪرايل ٻولي وارو بل سنڌ ۽ سنڌين جي مفادن خلاف آهي. ** 1973ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي پير پاڳاري کي گڏيل مسلم ليگ جو صدر چونڊيو ويو، جڏهن ته ممتاز دولتانه ۽ سردار شوڪت حيات کي پ پ جو پاسو وٺڻ تي پارٽي مان خارج ڪيو ويو. ** 1977ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي احمد رضا قصوري جي سندس والد نواب احمد جي قتل بابت درخواست جي ٻڌڻي شروع ڪئي وئي، واضح رهي ته انهيءَ ڪيس ۾ چونڊيل وزيراعظم ذوالفقار علي ڀٽو کي ڦاهي ڏني وئي. ** 1996ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي آصف علي زرداري سميت وڌيڪ 15 نوان وفاقي ۽ مملڪتي وزير وفاقي ڪابينا ۾ شامل ڪيا ويا. ************** اڄوڪي ڏينهن 29 جولاء تي جنم وٺندڙ ۽ وڇڙندڙ مشهور شخصيتون جنم ڏينهن: 29 جولاءِ 1894ع شاعر هدايت الله نجفي (لالو رائنڪ) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 29 جولاءِ 1933ع گلوڪاره راڻي گدواڻي (حيدر آباد / بمبئي) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 29 جولاءِ 1951ع صحافي حسين بخش چانڊيو جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جولاءِ 1959ع باليووڊ اداڪار سنجي دتجو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جولاءِ 1961ع شاعر عاشق هالائي جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. وڇوڙو: 29 جولاءِ 1883ع مذهبي اسڪالر مولانا غلام حيدر ڪٽبري جو انتقال ٿيو. 29 جولاءِ 1938ع شاعر آغا غلام نبي صوفي لاڏاڻو ڪري ويو. 29 جولاءِ 1997ع قومپرست سياستدان ۽ وڪيل چاچو حفيظ قريشيوفات ڪري ويو. 29 جولاءِ 2005ع راڳي استاد وريل داس(شڪارپور) جي ديهانت ٿي. _______

(Source: The Daily Sindh Gazette, Karachi) 1920: Responding the call of Sindh Khilafat not to co-operate with the Government, following Khilafat workers of Larkano District tender their resignation from Government service. They are: Allah Bux (Primary Teacher, School Mangwani), Jahan Khan , Muhammad Hussain; Imdad Ali ; Hout Khan; Soomar; Haji Ahmad,; Mureed Ahmad; Muhammad Bux (All from Police Department, Kambar), Muhammad Musa (Kotwal, Kambar), Noor Muhammad (Kotwal, Kambar). Sirai Muhammad Khan Gopang and Sirai Allahdino Siyal resigned as member of the Kambar Municipality.(Source: Newspapers). 1934: 4th Sindh Azad Conference is held at Karachi and it is presided over by Ghulam Hussain Hidayatullah. The object of the Conference is to make the public opinion in favour of the separation of Sindh from Bombay Presidency.(Source: The Daily Sindh Gazette, Karachi). This may kindly be noted that prior to this three Conferences were held on 18th of April, 1932 (At Karachi with Shaikh Abdul Majeed Sindhi in chair), on 15th of November, 1932 (At Hyderabad with Allama Yousif Ali of Punjab in chair) and on 26th of April, 1934 (At Sukkur with K.B.Pir Bux in chair). 1969: Swat, Dir and Chitral are annexed to West Pakistan (Source: ibid). 1977: All political leaders including Z.A.Bhutto and Moulana Mufti are released. EVENTS FROM SINDH HISTORY (28th July) By: Dr. Pathan ** 1909ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ڪراچي جي انجمن مومنين رئيس غلام محمد خان ڀرڳڙي کي درخواست ڪئي ته هو انجمن جي صدارت سنڀالي، جنهن تي رئيس غلام محمد ڀرڳڙي مثبت موٽ ڏني. ** 1920ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سنڌ خلافت ڪاميٽي اهو اعلان ڪيو ته حڪومت سان ڪنهن به قسم جو سهڪار نه ڪيو وڃي، جنهن کانپوءِ مختلف ضلعن سميت لاڙڪاڻي ضلعي ۾ به ڪيترن ئي خلافتي ورڪرن سرڪاري نوڪرين تان استعيفائون ڏئي ڇڏيون، انهن ۾ پرائمري اسڪول منگواڻي جو استاد الهه بخش، جهان خان، محمد حسين، امداد علي، هوت خان، سومار، حاجي احمد، مريد احمد، پوليس اهلڪار محمد بخش، محمد موسيٰ، نور محمد، سرائي محمد خان گوپانگ ۽ سرائي الهڏنو سيال شامل هئا، جن مختلف کاتن ۾ نوڪريون ڇڏي ڏنيون. ** 1934ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ڪراچي ۾ چوٿين سنڌ آزاد ڪانفرنس شروع ٿي، جنهن جي صدارت غلام حسين هدايت الله ڪئي، انهيءَ ڪانفرنس گهرائڻ جو مقصد سنڌ کي بمبئي کان ڌار ڪرڻ لاءِ عوامي راءِ جوڙڻي هئي، واضح رهي ته ان کان اڳ ۾ به اهڙيون ڪيتريون ئي ڪانفرنسون منعقد ڪيون ويون، جن ۾ شيخ عبدالمجيد سنڌي سميت ڪيترن ئي اڳواڻن شرڪت ڪئي. ** 1969ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سوات، دير ۽ چترال جي علائقن کي ويسٽ پاڪستان سان ملايو ويو. ** 1977ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي گرفتار ڪيل سڀني سياسي اڳواڻن کي آزاد ڪيو ويو، انهن اڳواڻ ۾ ذوالفقار علي ڀٽو ۽ مولانا مفتي محمود پڻ شامل هئا. ** 1998ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سپريم ڪورٽ صدر طرفان بنيادي حق معطل ڪرڻ واري اعلان کي غيرقانوني قرار ڏئي ڇڏيو، جڏهن ته ايمرجنسي کي برقرار رکيو، چيف جسٽس اجمل ميان جي سربراهي ۾ بينچ ايمرجنسي ڪيس جو فيصلو ٻڌايو، 7 ججن تي ٻڌل فل بينچ جي سربراهه چيف جسٽس اجمل ميان رمارڪس ڏيندي چيو ته پاڪستان مارشل لائن ۽ ايمرجنسي سبب نقصان ڀوڳيو آهي، اوڀر پاڪستان وارو سانحو به انڪري پيش آيو. صدر رفيق تارڙ ملڪ ۾ انساني حق معطل ڪري ايمرجنسي جو اعلان ڪيو هو. ** 2000ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سنڌ سرڪار ڪالاباغ ڊيم ٺاهڻ لاءِ واپڊا طرفان شروع ڪيل ڪوششن جي مذمت ڪندي چيو ته سنڌ جو عوام ڪڏهن به ڪالاباغ ڊيم ٺهڻ نه ڏيندو. ************** اڄوڪي ڏينهن 28 جولاءِ تي جنم وٺندڙ ۽ وڇڙندڙ مشهور شخصيتون جنم ڏينهن: 28 جولاءِ 1895ع ليکڪ قاضي علي اڪبر درازي (روهڙي) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1921ع ليکڪ لڪشمڻ پنجابي (ٽنڊو الهيار / اجمير) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1934ع ليکڪ بهاري ڪرمچند (شڪارپور / بمبئي) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1937ع سياستدان ڊاڪٽر عبدالغفار جتوئي جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1934ع ليکڪ بهاري ڪرمچند (شڪارپور / بمبئي) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1946ع ترقي پسند ليکڪا ۽ شاعره فهميده رياضجو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1953ع ليکڪ ڊاڪٽر جاويد قاضي (شڪارپور) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1983ع شاعر بدر انصاري (قنبر) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 28 جولاءِ 1986ع باليووڊ اداڪاره هما قريشيجو جنم ڏينهن آهي. وڇوڙو: 28 جولاءِ 1831ع بزرگ خواجه محمد زمان (ٻيو) جو انتقال ٿيو. 28 جولاءِ 1988ع شاعر محمد عالم شبنم جو انتقال ٿيو. 28 جولاءِ 2005ع شاعر محمد رمضان نول جي وفات ٿي. 28 جولاءِ 2010ع ليکڪ حليم بروهيجو لاڏاڻو ٿيو. 28 جولاءِ 2013ع ڪامريڊ نصر الله جسڪاڻي جو لاڏاڻو ٿيو.

(Govt. of India’s Letter No 258). 1857: The Bombay Government is taking into consideration two proposals regarding improvement of communication in Sindh. Lieutenant-General Jacob is insisting on Trunk road from Shikarpur to Karachi, whereas another proposal is to construct bridge over Indus. The Sindh Commissioner favours the construction of bridge. (Source: Commissioner’s letter No.184). 1929: A Conference of a new party, called ‘the All-India Muslim Nationalist Party’ is held at Allahabad under the presidency of Moulana Abul Kalam Azad. The object are to promote among Muslims a spirit of Nationalism, to develop a mentality above communalism, and to inspire greater confidence in Indian National Ideas (Source: The Indian Annual Register, Vol-11, 1929). 1941: J.B.Kriplani, (Sindhi) General Secretary of the Congress, laid emphasis on the aspect of construction work by Satyagarahis as well as by those Congressmen, who did not sign the pledge, in the course of a circular issued to the several Congress Committees in the country. (Source: The Indian Annual Register, Vol-11, 1941). 1952: Anti-Qadyani demonstration in Lahore is teargassed.They were demanding resignation of Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Chowdri Zafarullah Khan and declaring Qadiyanis as a minority. (Source: Newspapers). 1955: One-Unit scheme to be executed within two weeks, declares Iskandar Mirza. (Source: ibid). 1972: Sindhis have never opposed Urdu. History is witness to their hospitality during the days of large scale migration of Muhajreen from India, Z.A.Bhutto advocates Sindhis non-aggressive approach and deplores language riots. (Source: ibid) EVENTS FROM SINDH HISTORY (27th July) By: Dr. Pathan ** 1857ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي بمبئي سرڪار سنڌ ۾ مواصلاتي نظام جي بهتريءَ لاءِ ٻن تجويزن تي غور ڪرڻ شروع ڪيو، ليفٽيننٽ جنرل جيڪب جو اسرار هو ته شڪارپور کان ڪراچي تائين ٽرنڪ روڊ ٺاهيو وڃي، جڏهن ته هڪ ٻي تجويز اها هئي ته سنڌو درياءَ جي مٿان پل ٺاهي وڃي، انهن تجويزن مان سنڌ جي ڪمشنر پل جي تعمير واري تجويز جي حمايت ڪئي. ** 1929ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي آل انڊيا مسلم نيشنلسٽ پارٽي نالي ٺاهيل نئين جماعت طرفان ڀارتي شهر الهه آباد ۾ ڪانفرنس ڪوٺائي وئي، جنهن جي صدارت مولانا ابوالڪلام آزاد ڪئي، اها ڪانفرنس ڪوٺائڻ جو مقصد مسلمانن ۾ قوميت جو جذبو اڀارڻ هو. ** 1952ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي لاهور ۾ قاديانين خلاف احتجاج ڪندڙن تي شيلنگ ڪئي وئي، مظاهرين جو مطالبو هو ته پرڏيهي وزير چوڌري ظفر الله کي وزارت تان هٽايو وڃي ۽ قاديانين کي اقليت جو درجو ڏنو وڃي. ** 1955ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي گهرو وزير اسڪندر مرزا اعلان ڪيو ته ون يونٽ ايندڙ ٻن هفتن اندر لاڳو ڪيو ويندو. واضح رهي ته بعد ۾ ون يونٽ لاڳو ڪري صوبائي خودمختياري تي ضرب لڳائي وئي، جنهن خلاف سنڌ ۾ زبردست قسم جو احتجاج ٿيو، سنڌ وڏي عرصي تائين ون يونٽ کي ڀوڳيو. ** 1972ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي صدر ذوالفقار علي ڀٽو ٻوليءَ وارن فسادن کي حل ڪرڻ لاءِ اردو ڳالهائيندڙن تي واضح ڪيو ته سنڌي اردو ٻولي جي مخالفت نٿا ڪن، تاريخ شاهد آهي ته سنڌين ورهاڱي وقت ايندڙ اردو ڳالهائيندڙ ماڻهن کي وڏو مان ڏنو. ان ڪري هنگامن ڪرڻ جو ڪوبه فائدو ناهي، ٻولي وارو بل پاس ٿيڻ سان اردو کي ڪوبه نقصان نه ٿيندو. ** 1973ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي جماعت اسلامي بنگلاديش کي تسليم ڪرڻ واري معاملي جي مخالفت ڪري ڇڏي، جڏهن ته جي يو آءِ مطالبو ڪيو ته حمود الرحمان ڪميشن جي رپورٽ عوام لاءِ پڌري ڪئي وڃي. ** 1984ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي جنرل ضياءُالحق جي مجلس شوريٰ قصاص ديت آرڊيننس جي منظوري ڏئي ڇڏي. ** 1998ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سنڌ اسيمبليءَ تڪراري ڪالاباغ ڊيم خلاف ٺهراءُ پيش ڪرڻ واري رٿ اڪثريت راءِ سان رد ڪري ڇڏي،ڊپٽي اسپيڪر سيد جلال محمود شاهه جي صدارت ۾ ٿيل اجلاس ۾ نثار کهڙي رٿ پيش ڪندي ڪالاباغ ڊيم خلاف ٺهراءُ آڻڻ جي اجازت گهري، جنهن جي وڏي وزير لياقت جتوئي سميت سرڪاري ڌر جي ميمبرن مخالفت ڪئي، ٻئي پاسي ساڳئي اجلاس ۾ اسپيڪر نواب مرزا کي هٽائڻ لاءِ مخالف ڌر جي عدم اعتماد واري رٿ ناڪام ٿي وئي، اسپيڪر جي حق ۾ 62 ۽ مخالفت ۾ 33 ووٽ پيا. ************** اڄوڪي ڏينهن 27 جولاءِ تي جنم وٺندڙ ۽ وڇڙندڙ مشهور شخصيتون جنم ڏينهن: 27 جولاءِ 1859ع شاعر صوفي هاشم شاهه بخاري جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1919ع شاعر عبدالله خواب (ٺارو شاهه) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1928ع شاعر ۽ تعليمدان احمد خان تنوير هيسباڻي جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1933ع ليکڪ فتن پرسواڻي جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1936ع ليکڪ سرلا تهيلراماڻي (سکر / نئين دهلي) جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1958ع صحافي علي اڪبر ساند (ڀٽ شاهه) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1961ع سياستدان، اديب ۽ شاعرمخدوم جميل الزمان جميلجو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1966ع شاعر ۽ قومي ڪارڪن عرفان مهدي جي پيدائش جو ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1982ع شاعر ڊاڪٽر سجاد سرور (پنو عاقل) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 27 جولاءِ 1993ع نوجوان ليکڪ منصور ميراڻي (سکر) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. وڇوڙو: 27 جولاءِ 1914ع شاعر نواب ولي محمد خان ولي جي وفات ٿي. 27 جولاءِ 1982ع ليکڪ رسول بخش ڏيرو جو انتقال ٿيو. 27 جولاءِ 1992ع باليووڊ اداڪار امجد خان(گبر سنگهه جو ڪردار ادا ڪندڙ) جو انتقال ٿيو.

This may kindly be noted that later on Steam Communication between Karachi and Mulatan was established but, in 1857 it was stopped due to Persian Expedition. 1950: Indian Muslim Migrants take out procession demanding their proper rehabilitation. (Source: Newspapers). 1954: Restrictions are imposed on undue movement /activities of Russian diplomats in Pakistan. (Source: Newspapers). 1955: Red Shirt politicians will not be allowed to launch movement against One-Unit, declares Major General Iskandar Mirza, Home Minister of Pakistan. (Resources: ibid). 1965: American diplomats are free to contact any politician and record his opinion on vital issues relating to Pakistan. The text of the resolution is :’ The question is utter disregard of determined opposition of the Hindus of Sindh who will have to bear a large proportion of the inevitable increased taxation in relation to their population, as compared with Moslems of Sindh’.(Source: The Daily Gazette, Karachi). 1932: Prof. J.S.Kriplani of Sindh and Director of the Gandhi Ashram is sentenced to six months’ imprisonment under Section 17 (A) of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. He will be placed in ‘A’ class. The editorial blames that leaders of upper class formed HARI COMMITTEE a few years ago for protection of their own interests, where as they have nothing to do with welfare of working class. It is time to create vote-bank of this lower class, but our leaders are now avoiding and depriving lower class of their Right of vote. Subash Chandra Bose deploring the policy of Congress says that ‘ a wave of intolerance is now sweeping over higher ranks of Congress leadership. The slightest criticism of any action of their throws them into a rage and the whole machinery of propaganda in their hands is at once put in operation. It is beginning of the greatest migration of Indian Muslims to Sindh and wave continued after reaching of Biharis in 1972 and onward. It has been notified by the Khilfat Committee that in response to its call for Non-Co-Operation, Haji Ghulam Rasool of village Mevo Jalbani, Mula Gul Muhammad of Daro, Warah and Din Muhammad of Badah have announced that they will not take Government grants for their Maktabs/Schools in future. They are: Parsaram Babumal Udesi of Jacobabad, Dhagchand Asardas Mukhtyarkar of Kambar; Dharamdas Bhagwandas of Nawalshah and Hindu Zamindar of Tayab, taluka Ratodero. (Source: The Bombay Government’s Notification). 1931: A student named Vasudev Balwant fires two revolver’s shots at Sir Earnest Hoston, the Governor of Bombay, when he was entering the Reading Room of Fergussion College, Poona. It was luck for the Governor, who is safe and bad luck for a brave boy, who is arrested on the spot. This may kindly be noted that in their absence from country, one influential man from Rashdi caste tried to become Pir Pagaro but, failed to get Government support. 1955: Ayub Khuhro is elected un-opposed as the member of Sindh Assembly from Tando Adam-Shapur constituency. The city opted for blood-bath from this year and will complete its half century very soon. Dr Dur Muhammad Pathan: EVENTS FROM SINDH HISTORY (24th July) By: Dr. Pathan ** 1843ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سرچارلس نيپيئر مير سهراب خان ٽالپر بابت دستاويزن جي ڪاپي هندستان جي گورنر جنرل کي اماڻي ڇڏي، اهو تاريخ جو انتهائي اهم دستاويز هو، جنهن ۾ سنڌ جي ورهاست جو فارمولو موجود هو، سنڌ کي چئن حصن ۾ ورهائي 2 حصا مير رستم خان حوالي ڪيا ويا، جڏهن ته هڪ حصو مير مبارڪ علي خان ۽ هڪ حصو مير مراد علي خان ٽالپر جي حوالي ڪيو ويو، ان دستاويز ۾ ٽالپر حڪمرانن جي حصي ۾ آيل زمينن ۽ ڳوٺن جا مڪمل تفصيل ڏنا ويا هئا. ** 1939ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سنڌ مسلم ليگ طرفان ٺاهيل مسجد منزل گاهه بحالي ڪاميٽي جي گڏجاڻي سکر ۾ محمد ايوب کهڙي جي صدارت ۾ ٿي، جنهن ۾ مسجد منزل گاهه واري اشو بابت سنڌ حڪومت جي پاليسي جي مذمت ڪئي وئي ۽ اهو فيصلو ڪيو ويو ته صوبي ۾ 18 آگسٽ تي مسجد منزل گاهه ڏهاڙو ملهايو ويندو. ** 1950ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي سنڌ اسيمبلي جي چونڊن لاءِ هندستان مان آيل مهاجرن جي 60 نمائندن پارٽي ٽڪيٽ لاءِ درخواستون جمع ڪرايون، اهي درخواستون سنڌي ماڻهن طرفان داخل ڪرايل درخواستن کان گهٽ نه هيون، ان حوالي سان معاملي تي بحث لاءِ سنڌ مسلم ليگ پارلياماني بورڊ جي گڏجاڻي ڪوٺائي وئي، جنهن جي صدارت محمد ايوب کهڙي ڪئي. ** 1954ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ڪميونسٽ پارٽي آف پاڪستان ۽ سندس ذيلي تنظيمن کي غير قانوني قرار ڏئي ان جي سرگرمين تي پابندي لڳائي وئي. ** 1964ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي مخالف ڌر جي پارٽين جي اتحاد سي او پي جي گڏجاڻي ڍاڪا ۾ گهرائي وئي، جنهن ۾ اهو فيصلو ڪيو ويو ته اتحاد طرفان گڏجي ايندڙ چونڊن ۾ حصو ورتو ويندو، اتحاد ۾ شامل جماعتن ان ڳالهه تي اتفاق ڪيو ته منشور ۾ پارلياماني سسٽم لاڳو ڪرڻ، صوبائي خودمختياري ڏيڻ، عدليه جي آزادي ۽ سياسي پارٽين تي لڳايل پابندي ختم ڪرڻ جا نقطا شامل ڪيا ويندا. ** 1965ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي مولانا ڀاشاني پاڪستان سرڪار کان مطالبو ڪيو ته پاڪستان سينٽو، سيٽو ۽ ٻين فوجي اتحادن مان ٻاهر نڪري اچي. ** 1972ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ڪراچي ۾ هنگامن سبب صورتحال وڌيڪ خراب ٿي وئي، ڪيترن ئي علائقن ۾ ڪرفيو لڳايو ويو.
