EVENTS:
1844: The Government of Sindh decides to construct bridge over Phulili at Hyderabad. Hence, three Drawings are prepared along with budget estimates to send to the Government of India for selection, approval and sanction.
1912: His Royal Highness Sir Sultan Muhammad Shah Prince Agha Khan visits Sindh Madressah, Karachi and addresses the staff and students. (Source: The Daily Gazette, Karachi).
1924: A new NGO namely ‘Arya Yuvak Samaj’ is formed at Karachi. Biharilal Sahibji [President], Chamanlal [V.President]; Mohanlal [Secretary]; Bhagatram [Assistant Secretary]; Puran Chand [Treasurer]; Khairati Ram[Library incharge] and Karamchand [Auditor] are elected as its founder office-bearers. 1938: Sindh Government vide its Notification NoG.R. Political & Miscellanies Department -37-P5-52-S  directs all its Departments and autonomous Bodies to give priority to local and Sindhis in appointments. (Source: indicated).
