"DIVIDE & RULE" was political philosophy, strategy and policy of the British Government. The then Government for dividing hearts and minds of people, sponsored and empowered Upper Class of Sindh. Most of people from this class were granted status of DARBARIS and they were offered Chairs to sit in the Darbar.
