Colonel Pottenger informs his Government that he is in Bhuj and Diwan
Laxmandas, Vakil of Mir Rustam Ali Khan has arrived here with gifts and message
and has assured that friendship between him and the Government of India will be

1845: The Superindendent of Cannals and Forest, Sindh submitts his proposal to the Commissioner on the construction of Band between Sukkur and Shikarpur. (Source: letter No.233).
