SINDH IN HISTORY TODAY & My Good Wish اڪٽر در محمد پٺاڻ سلامن, دعائن ۽ نيڪ تمنائن سان تاريخ مان 29 جنورئ جي هڪ ورق جي مختصر جهلڪ ڏيکارڻ آيو آھيان. هن لکت جو ترجمو منهنجي وڏي پٽ ممتاز علي پٺاڻ ڪيو آهي۔. هن پوسٽ ۾ ذھن جنجهوڙيندڙ ڪجھ واقعا به آھن ته ولادتن وفاتن بابت معلومات به آھي. هئ اوهان ۽ اسان جي تاريخ آھي. پڙھو ۽ دوستن کي پڙھايو. *************** [ڪجھ اهم واقعا] *************** 29.1.1839: هي اهو وقت آھي جڏهن انگريزن جي خشڪي فوج بهاولپور/پنجاب رستي روهڙي پهتي ۽ ان جو ڪمانڊر ان چيف به گڏ هين. هن طرف بحري فوج پنهنجي ڪمانڊر ان چيف ذريعي ڏکڻ سنڌ ۾ پهچي چڪو هو. انھئ صورتحال ۾ روهڙئ منجهان اليگزينڊر برنس اڄ گورنر جنرل جي سيڪريٽرئ کي لکي ٿو ته 1). ڪمانڊر ان چيف, سر ڪاٽن ۽ فوجي جٿا هت پهچي ويا آھن. انھن جو آڌرڀاء ميرن جي وزيرن ۽ حڪمران جي پٽ ڪيو, 2). ڪمانڊر ان چيف حڪم ڪيو آھي ته ٻيڙن والي پل جلدي تيار ڪجي ته جيئن فوج شڪارپور طرف رواني ڪجي ۽ فوج جا ڪجھ دستا ھتان حيدرآباد موڪليا وڃن, 3).جيسيتائين حيدرآبادي ميرن سان ٺاه نه ٿو ٿئي, ان وقت تائين نيول ڪمانڊر ان چيف سر جان ڪين ڏکڻ سنڌ ۾ ئي رهندو, 4). هتي مير رستم خان, مير مبارڪ خان ۽ مير علي مراد خان جي ڪمانڊر ان چيف سان ملاقات ٿي ۽ بکر بابت ٺاه ٿي ويو, 5). پاٽينجر حيدرآباد معاهدي ۾ دير ٿيڻ تي ڪاوڙيل آھي. هو چئي ٿو ته ميرن جي ڪي فوي دستا سنڌوندي پار ڪري اسان طرف اچڻ چاهن ٿا. مير نه مڙيا ۽ آڏو آيا ته سندن مقابلو ڪبو. هو چئي ٿو ته بنگالي فوج جا دستا وقت تي پهچي ويا ته اسان حيدرآباد قلعي تي حملو ڪنداسين. 29.1.1849: شڪارپور ضلعي جي ڪليڪٽر اڄ ڪمشنر کي لکيو ته مير علي مراد چئي ٿو ته جانيديري ۾ سندس زمين فرنگي سرڪار پنهنجي هٿ ۾ رکي آھي, ان لاء ھدايتون ڏيو ته اهو مسئلو ڪيئن حل ڪجي. 29.1.1956: پاڪستان ٺهيئي کان نو سال پوء آئين ساز اسيمبلئ اڄ پاڪستان جو پهريون آئين پاس ڪيو. 29.1.1969: پاڪستان جي ننڍئ ڄمار عوام کي آمرن مان جند ڇڏائڻ ۽ آزادي وٺڻ جا ٻه وڏا درس ڏنا. شروعات ايوب-شاهئ مان جان ڇڏائڻ سان ٿي. اڄ ايوب مخالف جلسا جلوس ته جتي ڪٿي ٿيا پر گجرانوالا ۾ پوليس فائرنگ ۾ ٽي ماڻھون اڦٽ مري ويا. بنگالين آمر مان جان ڇڏائڻ ۽ پنهنجي لاء آزاد ملڪ واري تحريڪ ۾ عزتن, مال ۽ جانين جي وڏي قرباني ڏئي منزل ماڻي. هنن ڳالهيون نه ڪيون, پر ڪري ڏيکاريو. 29.1.1973: بلوچستان ۾ امن امان قائم ڪرڻ لاء منھنجي حڪومت اوڏانھن فوج پئي موڪلي- ذوالفقار علي ڀٽي جو بيان. ياد رکڻ جي ڳاله هئ آھي ته هن دور کان وٺي بلوچستان فوج موڪلڻ ۽ بلوچستان اسيمبلي ڊاهڻ جي روايت پئي. 29.1.1978: پي.اين.اي جي اڳواڻن مفتي محمود جي اڳواڻئ ۾ ڀٽي جو تختو اونڌو ڪندڙ جنرل ضياء الحق سان ملاقات ڪئي ۽ سنڌ جي بدعنوان ڪامورن جي نالن جي لسٽ به سندس حوالي ڪئي ته جيئن اهڙن سنڌي ڪامورن جي ڪن-مهٽ ڪئي وڃي, جن پي.اي.اي وارن کي ڀٽي جي حڪومت دوران ناراض ڪيو هو. *************** {29 جنوري تي جنم وٺندڙ ۽ وڇڙندڙ ڪجھ شخصيتون} *************** [جنم ڏينهن:] 29 جنوري 1919ع شاعر شيخ عبدالرزاق راز (سکر) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1923ع شاعر سڳن آهوجا جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1929ع ليکڪ ڪمال پياسي (جيڪب آباد) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1935ع گلوڪار ۽ شاعر موهن لال اداسي (ٽنڊو آدم / جئپور) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1948ع سگهڙ رحيم بخش جوڻيجو جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1950ع ليکڪ ستار پيرزادو (ٻلهڙيجي) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1950ع ليکڪ، شاعر، نعت گو ۽ ثنا خوان جوهر بروهئ جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1951ع اداڪاره سنگيتا ڊنگرا (دهلي) جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. 29 جنوري 1969ع سياستدان نصرت سحر عباسي جو جنم ڏينهن آهي. Abdul Karim ‘Gadai’ (Karimabad/Poet & politician/ death 29th January 1978), Hafiz Khair Muhammad Oedhi (Jornalist & Freedom Fighter/ death 29th January 1982). 29th January EVENT 1836: Sindhi people are not happy with the presence of Political Agents and other staff appointed by the East India Co. Government in Sindh. Whenever they find any opportunity, they beat or rob these English men. Dr. Heddle is humiliated near Hyderabad. Though, Talpur rulers assured him of taking action about responsible people, but, today Colonel Pottenger sends report to his Government to appraise it of the situation faced by his staff in Sindh. 1839: Colonel Pottenger writes to Rear – Admiral Sir Frederk Maitland, Naval Commander – in – Chief, soliciting special protection for Seth Naumal and his family at Karachi. From Jherk, he writes:’ under these circumstances a force must of course go to Karachi and take possession of that place. There is one point to which I solicit your kind and minute attention. I allude to protection, under all circumstances, of the house, family and property of Naumal Seth of Karachi. The individual is now with the force at Jherk. He has most zealously and indefatigably assisted us, and I cannot convey my deep anxiety regarding him and his better than by saying that they (house & family of Naumal) ought to be guarded s those of the Governor – General of India’. 1921: Miss Record Shahani presides over the meeting of ‘Women’s Indian Association’ in the H.D.Girls High School Karachi. Eighty members are present and Miss Devi Bai is conducting the meeting as its Stage Secretary. The organization is renamed as “ Hindi Astri Mandal” and its Aims & Objects are revised. 1923: The meeting of Jamiat-ul-Ulema Sindh District Sukkur is held in the Municipal Town Hall of Sukkur, with Moulana Taj Mahmood Amroti in chair. It is attended by Moulana Ahmad Ali, Moulana Farooq Ahmad; Moulana Ali Sher; Moulana Himadullah; and Syed Asadullah Shah. Moulana Dim Muhammad Wafai and Moulana Abdul Karim Chishti spoke on the political situation of Sindh and Hind. On this occasion, Moulana Abdul Karinm Chishti was replaced by Moulana Muhammad Hashim as the Secretary of the Distric Branch. 1940: The meeting of the General Body of the Sindh Provincial Muslim League is held at Karachi, with Haji Abdullah Haroon in chair. New office – bearers of the party and Working committee are elected. It is attended by Kazi Fazalullah, Muhammad Ayub Khuhro; Pir Ali Muhammad Shah Rashdi; Pir Ali Anwar Shah; Ghulam Muhammad Isran and others. 1956; First ever Constitution of Pakistan is approved by the Constituent Assembly. It took nine years to have a constitution. 1973: The Government is sending troops to Balochistan to restore law and order. The PPP Government justifies its decision. 1978: Ghous Bux Raisani is released. The meeting is held between CMLA Zia and PNA leaders and they provide list of corrupt officers of Sindh and NWFP for taking action against them.
