Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto was the Pioneer of Bhutto-politic. He was an outstanding pro-British politician of his times. In capacity of the Chairman of the Larkana District Local Board, he rendered valuable services. He remained President of the Sindh Muhammadan Association for years. This Association was very active till 1936. So many Aman Sabhas were formed in Larkana District due to his cooperation. Aman Sabhas were formed to combat the Non-Cooperation Movement launched by the Sindh Khilafat. He remaind a Minister in the Bombay Government. He formed in Sindh Peoples Party in 1934. He was the founder President of the Sindh United party. In Sindh politics he was a man of say and influence. It is by his Death Anniversary and my son Mohsin has designed Card for this occasion. In Gul Hayat Institute, you will find hundreds of pages on the Life, Time & Achiements of Sir Shahnawaz Bhutto. My father, Dr. Dur Muhammad Pathan has obtained and documented this material. Irony of fate is that neither from his family, nor from political followers of PPP have even thought about bringing book on Sir Bhutto. Learned Bodies and Pakistan Study Centres can do a lot in this regard. Because, we was a great figure in the field of politics with special reference to the Freedom Movement. اڄ سر شاهنواز ڀٽي جي وفات جي تاريخ آھي. انهيءَ حوالي سان منهنجي پٽ محسن ڪارڊ ڊزائن ڪيو آھي جيئن هو ولادتن ۽ وفاتن جي تاريخن تي ٻين شخصيتن جا ٺاهيندو آھي. بابا سائين جي چوڻ تي هو سنڌ جي تاريخ کي ايئن محفوظ ڪندو آھي.
گل حيات انسٽيٽيوٽ ۾ سر شاهنواز ڀٽي جي شخصيت ۽ سياسي خدمتن تي سوين صفحا موجود آھن. اهو ڪارنامون منهنجي پيءُ جو آھي تہ هن ڏينهن رات محنت ڪري سنڌ جي تاريخ جا مآخذ ميڙيا ۽ محفوظ ڪيا آھن. بابا هن ڪم ۾ جانبداري نفرت يا محبت کي پاسيرو رکي ڪنهن وابستگيءَ يا لالچ کان سواءِ شخصيتن پارٽين ۽ تاريخي واقعن تي ڪم ڪيو آھي.
حالتن جي زيادتي تہ ڏسو تہ سر شاهنواز “ڀٽا سياست“ جو باني هئو. هن 1934 ۾ “سنڌ پيپلز پارٽي“ ٺاهي. ان پارٽي ٺاهڻ ۾ سائين جي ايم سيد جو ڪليدي ڪردار هئو. شھيد ذوالفقار علي ڀٽي جڏھن پارٽي ٺاهي تہ ان جو نالو بہ ساڳيو رکيائين. سر ڀٽو لاڙڪاڻہ ڊسٽرڪٽ بورڊ جو با اثر چيئرمين بامبي گورنمينٽ جو وزير سنڌ محمدن ائسوسيئيشن ۽ سنڌ يونائٽيڊ پارٽيءَ جو صدر ٿي رهيو ۽ جهوناڳڙھ رياست جو ديوان ٿي رهيو.پر اڄ سندس پونئيرن يا پارٽيءَ وارن مان ڪوبہ ڪونهي جو هن سر ڀٽي جي شخصيت ۽ سياسي ڪردار تي تحقيق ڪرائي يا ڪتاب ڇپرائي. پر گل حيات ھن بابت کوڙ سارو مواد گڏ ڪيو آھي.(ممتاز پٺاڻ)
