EVENTS
1920: Posters & Pamphlets are distributed in Larkana city appealing people to the participant in big gathering on 17th October, Friday to raise voice against government policy against Khalifat. They bears names of Jan Muhammad Junejo, Abdul Gaffar Pirzado, Moluvi Muhammad Aqil, Seth Khudad Surhio, Syed Muhammad Shah, Pir Turab Ali Shah, Pir Ali Nawaz Shah Rashdi & Pir Syed Noor uddin Ahmed.
1939: Moulana Ubedulah Sindhi announces the formation of Jamna Nirbda Sagar Party.
1942: Khan Allah Bux Soomro is dismissed as Premier of Sindh on account of renouncing titles conferred upon him by the British Government.
1950: The Overseas radio-telephone service between Pakistan & Switzerland is extended to Poland.
1950: Jamiat-l- Islami opposing Pakistan interests in Kashmir, blooms spokesman of Azad Kashmir.
1953: 3000 Migrants are evacuated from Agricultural land in District Sialkot

1958: The Constitution of March 23, 1956 is abrogated; however, the Country shall be governed as nearly as may be in accordance with the abrogated constitution.
1967: Soviet Union agree to supply 1, 15000 Tractors worth 16 million to Pakistan. Contract in sign.
1988: PML & MQM reach understanding. Nasim Aheer, Federal Interior Minister & vice President of PML meets Altaf Hussain.
1990: Asif Ali Zardari is arrested in “Unar Case” alleged involvement in kidnapping of a British citizen & deprival him of Rs 17.5 million early this year.
1993: If PPP does not forum government to the Center, then fresh polls will have to be called, warns Benzir Bhutto.
