Major John Jacob helped government in keeping the border of Sindh Frintier safe and protected with gunand gold. Bugtis, Jakhranis, Domkis and other Baloch tribes gave him tough time also. Some of them are made prisioners and vide Letter No.199, the Commissioner takes decision that these prisioners be confined in Ahmadnagar Jail. 1922: Sindh has wonder history of Freedom Movement. A beautiful and young lady of 25 years, Kirshna is on propeganda tour and runover by a train and is crushed to death. The Great Cause always demands Great Sacrifice. 1940: TheCourt probing the causes of Masijid Manzalgah dispute records statements and evidences in Karachi. 1948: Pakistan and Sindh governments create understanding on matter related to refugees and there are nomore differences on the subject. 1949: Retal price of the wheat per 40 K.G is fixed at Rs 6 and 4 Anna. 1954: Mr. Iftikhar Hussain Mamdot is sworn in asGovernor of Sindh. He was previously dismissed as Chief Minister of Punjab. 1955: It is announced in Washington, Delhi and Karachi that as per agreement on the Canal Waters dispute from April 1 to September 30, 1955, & after taking into account Pakistan's ability to transfer waters in replacement from the Western Rivers establishes ad hoc amounts for additional canal withdrawals by India from the three Eastern Rivers (Ravi, Beas & Sutlej) during the period covered by the agreement. 1956: The Refugees' Transit Camp is closed by the Punjab Government 1966: Z.A. Bhutto reaches Karachi after quitting the ministry. He is accorded warm welcome by the people-an example in the history of Karachi. 1988: General (retd.) Rahimuddin Khan is named Sindh Governor. Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali is named caretaker chief minister of Balochistan. 1992: President & Army Chief meet. Military courts being set up to try the culprits in Sindh. Vice-Chairman, MQM, SalimShahzad is arrested. FIR registered also against Altaf Hussain. 1995: Twenty people are killed & many others wounded as violence paralyses Karachi. 1995: Benazir Bhutto denies rift with Leghari on Karachi issue. Terrorist activities can't lowdown Government SINDHI TRANSLATION OF THE POST: ******** ** 1832ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي انگريزن جي پوليٽيڪل ايجنٽ ڪرنل پوٽينجر پنهنجي سرڪار کي معلومات فراهم ڪئي ته خيرپور رياست ۾ مير علي مراد خان ٽالپر ۽ سندس ٻن وڏن ڀائرن وچ ۾ جنگ جا امڪان پيدا ٿيا هئا، جنگ جو سبب ڪجهه علائقا هئا. ** 1853ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي شڪارپور جي ڊپٽي ڪليڪٽر اسسٽنٽ ڪمشنر آف جاگيرس جي تيار ڪيل رپورٽ ڪمشنر کي موڪلي ڏني، هن رپورٽ ۾ پنهنجون اهي سفارشون شامل ڪيون ته پير فدا محي الدين سرهندي جي پٽ پير محمد اشرف کي جاگير ڏني وڃي. ** 1939ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ڪراچي مان شايع ٿيندڙ اخبار روزاني الوحيد مسجد منزل گاهه واري معاملي تي ڪافي مثبت لکيو ۽ سرڪار کي اهي صلاحون ڏنيون ته فوري طور تي هي مسئلو حل ڪيو وڃي، نه ته مسلمان به تحريڪ شروع ڪندا، جنهن کانپوءِ حڪومت وٽ ڪوبه آپشن نه هوندو ۽ ڪو نقصان پڻ ٿي سگهي ٿو. ** 1950ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي مولوي عبدالحق بلوچستان سرڪار کان مطالبو ڪيو ته اردو ٻوليءَ کي صوبي جي سرڪاري ٻولي قرار ڏنو وڃي. ** 1957ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي ويسٽ پاڪستان ڪابينا ون يونٽ جي حمايت ڪرڻ کان انڪار ڪندي چيو ته صوبن کي خودمختياري ڏني وڃي. ** 1991ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي پي ڊي اي سرڪار خلاف اڇو چٺو جاري ڪري ڇڏيو، جنهن ۾ عام چونڊن دوران اءِ جي آءِ پاران ڪيل ڌانڌلين جا ثبوت پيش ڪيا ويا، اڇي چٺي ۾ چيو ويو ته آءِ جي آءِ ڌانڌلين ذريعي گهٽ ۾ گهٽ 70 سيٽون حاصل ڪيون آهن. **1998ع ۾ اڄوڪي تاريخ تي وزيراعظم نواز شريف ۽ ڀارتي وزيراعظم اٽل بهاري واجپائي ۾ اهم ملاقات ٿي، جنهن ۾ واگها بارڊر ۽ کوکراپار توڙي موڻاٻائو سرحد ٻيهر کولڻ تي اتفاق ڪيو ويو. ٻنهي ملڪن جي سربراهن دهلي ۽ لاهور وچ ۾ بس سروس شروع ڪرڻ جو فيصلو به ڪيو.پاڪ ڀارت سربراهن جو چوڻ هو ته ٻنهي ملڪن ۾ تڪرارن جي حل لاءِ ڳالهين جو پهريون دور اسلام آباد ۾ شروع ٿيندو، جنهن کانپوءِ نئين دهلي ۾ ڳالهيون ڪيون وينديون. نيويارڪ ۾ ٿيل انهيءَ ملاقات دوران واجپائي ۽ نواز شريف ۾ هاٽ لائن قائم ڪرڻ تي به اتفاق ڪيو ويو
